President
D.J. started with Rodrian Insurance, Affiliate of Robertson Ryan Insurance in 1992. Prior to coming to Rodrian, D. J. earned Math & Economics degrees from Northwestern University, followed by three years working in the mutual fund business. D.J. enjoys talking to people. He sells all kinds of insurance, and he manages the agency’s day-to-day service operations.
Vice President & Treasurer
Scott joined Rodrian Insurance, Affiliate of Robertson Ryan Insurance in 1994. Scott is also a Northwestern University graduate with a degree in Journalism. Before joining Rodrian, Scott worked as a reporter and editor for the Phoenix and San Antonio Business Journals. Scott handles the finances of the agency, and is also involved in marketing and sales.
Vice President & Founder
Jim founded Rodrian Insurance, Affiliate of Robertson Ryan Insurance in 1973. He spent his first 20 years increasing our base from 50 customers to more than 2,000 today. In 2006, Jim sold his ownership interest to D. J. and Scott. He continues to be active in the office, working with business insurance customers and selling life insurance, long term care, and annuities.
